• Work with a Research Team in Cameroon, Africa to develop a method to assess the needs of youth
• Identify tangible and measureable objectives for CFDP activities and curriculum
• Create content to provide enrichment activities and educational content addressing leadership and life skills for African youth
• Develop assessment tools to measure success in achieving objectives
• Work closely with Strategic Operations and Organization-building Consultant for implementation of curriculum
