The Member Services Intern will support the department by providing services to the UMDF chapters, groups, members and any patient/family calling for help. This position involves email correspondence, referring patients to resources and physicians, answering phones, responding to member requests, helping to coordinate meetings, correspondence with physician offices as needed, and database management. The ideal candidate would be a senior or graduate student studying Social Work, Human Services, or a related field. Intern will assist other departments as needed.
