Overall Job Description: The Youth Ministry intern will provides vision and coordination for Skybacher Ministries Pray and Play program and other projects done by the organization. The intern would run and direct bible studies, devotional materials and provide staff support at various Skybacher events.
Responsibilities:
• Run devotions at Pray and Play program twice a month
• Create study tools and materials for program students
• Attend staff meetings
• Attempt to reach out to students outside of regular program times
Qualifications:
*A vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ, a lifestyle that reflects Biblical standards, and a desire to grow in personal discipleship
*The ability to articulate his/her faith
*A desire to grow in leadership gifts, creativity, patience, problem-solving ability
*The confidence to talk with peers about Christ and offer guidance to them when they are off track
